For our 23rd Anniversary we snuck away to Las Vegas for a few days. It was so relaxing to sit by the beautiful pool, walk around the buildings and go see a show. We just did whatever we wanted and relaxed all day and spent quality time together.
Cameron decided he was ready for contacts. He looks so grown up and mature with them in.
While in Alaska Braxton and Dakota each had a chance to go on a charter to fish. It was the fishing of a lifetime. They caught so many fish and had a blast. Cedars lodge is the company that they worked for that was a full service lodge that took the guests out fishing then brought them in and Braxton and Dakota stood on the dock and cut the fish and packaged them so the customer could take them home.
Weston family reunion at Malad Summit campground. We were a family of 3 all summer so we spent a lot of time just like this!
Dakota and his amazing mullet made it back home. We picked him up at the airport. He came home a lot more confident and a lot more feisty. It was so good for him to spread his wings and become himself. He loved it there and even called me and asked if he could go to school there. He wanted to stay for one quarter because that is where all his friends are. I said no, and he came home days before senior year.
One day right after Dakota got home we went to True Value to get some parts and he facetimed Braxton in Alaska, and he was in the shower so Braxton's buddy held the phone over the top and Dakota talked to him.
Race season. We sure did spend a lot of time in these mountains riding and riding. Shane and I hiked while he practiced. Cam loves Mountain biking. He is obsessed to say the least.
Dakota asked Alice Hall to Homecoming. She answered him with a live fish.
