Family photo on the night of the party. Kiley always dresses up like the Great Pumpkin and brings candy through the patch. I love this tradition. Once again the party was a huge success and we had a blast seeing our friends and selling pumpkins.
My friend Jill Hill posted this pic after the cub scouts went fishing. It brought tears to my eyes because they moved at the beginning of the school year and Cam and Owen don't play as much any more. She put at the top of the picutre "a boy, his best bud, and a fish." Man I hate that they had to move, it just breaks my heart. Its only two blocks away, but the joy of having a best bud next door is priceless and it's gone. I am thankful they had 9 years to be next door and so did Gavin and Dakota. I can't believe how emotional I was about the whole thing, I just loved those kiddos so much and I saw them everyday, I felt like their other mother.

Troy had his 40th birthday party in his backyard. It was quite the shindig. It was a fiesta and there was tacos and a DJ. It was quite the party.
Finished product of the Eagle Scout project. Brax worked so hard and ended up with 13 quilts that we are donating this week to Primary Children's Hospital.
Plain City Elementary Fun Run. Cameron is my only boy at the elementary school this year and I love going to support him in all the things they do at the school. He is such a happy kid and hugs me every time I am over there.
Grandma Weston did the best FHE. She taught us all about the gold plates and how Joseph Smith discovered them then told us a cute story about the Lamanites and the Nephites doing battle. It is so nice to have her around to teach us and give us many opportunities to do service for her. We are making many memories serving Grandma and letting her serve us with her kindness and happy countenance.
Dakota's first time doing baptisms for the dead. He loves doing them. They have short day at Jr. High 2 times a month and he begs to go every time. This was also my first time taking Braxton and was a neat experience for me to have with my two big boys.
We did an activity for Young Women's called "cooking with dads." It was a blast. Each dad and his daughter prepared something delicious to share and presented it to us together. Some were dinner type foods, others were sweets and some were just plain old Dad foods that were a cinch to prepare. I loved all of them. We laughed and had a wonderful evening.
