Cruise Day 1

We embarked on the ship Monday morning and spent the day on the ship. The first thing we did was eat at the buffet. The kids asked 20 times, can I have one of those, it was hilarious. They had a hard time adjusting to taking whatever they wanted. By the end of the week they were eating endless ice cream and taking too much food and has to be reminded to take what you can eat. We were all so impressed by the boat how fun it was and how big it was. It is so strange to think your in the middle of the ocean but feel like you are in a building. We played ping pong, mini golf, swam, soaked up the sun, went to shows, ate one meal after another, and just had a great time.

Dinner was served at 6 every night and we had to dress up. The first night was come as you are, but collars and shoes were required after that. No swimsuits or shorts. It was soooo fancy. We ate many interesting things and dessert every night.

Every night they put a cute towel animal on our bed. It was fun to see what one was there every evening. It was like living in luxury. The living quarters were cramped, but that was our choice so we could be in the same room together. It was one big bed under two uppers and a cot on the floor. The boys traded beds every night and we slept on the big bed.
