Braxton's Tooth

Braxton has a tooth that is sticking out and about to come out. He will not let me even wiggle it, he says he wants to have the dentist do it with the numbing. I said no way, I was not paying the dentist to do it its to expensive, it will come out on its own. Next thing I know he asks "how about we just buy the number (sp?)?
